- Pencil Portraits & Sketches: Dispatched in 48 - 72 hours (after digital preview approval).
- Handmade Paintings & Wood Burnings: Dispatched in 3 - 5 working days.
2. Transit & Courier Partners
We use India's leading courier networks including Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, and India Post for remote PIN codes. Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 working days post-dispatch.
3. Multi-Layer Shockproof Packaging
Glass frames and delicate artworks are packaged in 5 protective layers: (1) Corner protectors, (2) Heavy bubble wrap, (3) Corrugated casing, (4) Rigid wooden support strips, and (5) Waterproof courier polywrap to ensure zero breakage.
4. Order Tracking & Address Changes
You will receive automated tracking links via WhatsApp and Email upon dispatch. If you need to change your delivery address, please WhatsApp us at +91 8448201417 before the package is handed to the courier partner.
