Delivery Details: Shipping address, Postal Pin Code, Billing address.
Customization Uploads: Reference photos, names, dates, or messages provided by you for creating portraits and personalized items.
Order History & Transaction Data: Transaction references for tax and accounting compliance (we do NOT store credit/debit card numbers or bank passwords).

2. Confidentiality of Customization Photos

We treat your uploaded family and portrait photographs with the highest degree of confidentiality:

Customer photos are used exclusively by the allocated artist to sketch/paint your ordered product.
We do NOT sell, license, or share your personal photographs with third-party advertising networks.
Completed artworks are only featured in our portfolio gallery with your explicit permission.
